Delivery Information
Standard Shipping (Orders below £100) – £4.50
All UK orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next business day.
This service uses Royal Mail 2nd Class, with delivery typically within 2–4 working days. Please note this is not a guaranteed timed service — in rare cases, parcels can take up to 10 working days.
If you’ve received a tracking number with your shipping confirmation, you can track your parcel.
Expedited Shipping (Orders below £100) – £5.40
Our expedited service delivers within 1–2 working days via Royal Mail.
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday before 1pm will typically arrive on Monday. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will typically arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Please allow up to 3 business days for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.
If your order is sent via a parcel service, Royal Mail will send you an email or text message to confirm your delivery slot. Please note that if you request your parcel be left in a safe place, this is done entirely at your own risk.
Free UK Shipping (Orders £100+)
Orders over £100 automatically qualify for free UK first class shipping (1–2 working days via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked).
International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated by weight. We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for most orders, with an option for courier service for faster delivery.
Shipping to the USA is a flat rate of $15. For all other international destinations, you can check your shipping cost by adding your items to the basket and using our shipping calculator at checkout.
Tax & Duty On International Orders
Our prices on international orders are exclusive of UK VAT. For orders to the USA, tax and duty is included in the price. For all other destinations, import tax and duty may apply depending on your country’s thresholds. We recommend checking your local requirements so you know what to expect.
