We accept returns/exchanges within the following guidelines.
The item(s) must be returned in a brand new saleable condition i.e. original product tags and in full retail packaging and sent back to us within 14 days of the original purchase date. If the returned item(s) are soiled or have been used we will not offer a refund/exchange.
All animal hair must be removed before returning the item(s) otherwise we cannot offer a refund/exchange.
You’re responsible for returning the item including postage and packaging costs and we strongly advise you use a tracked service as we cannot offer a refund if the item has not been received by Magnetix Therapy Limited.
If you haven’t already done so, please email email@example.com to notify us that you’d like to return/exchange an item. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Department directly on 01270 443 747.

Unfortunately we’re not able to offer an exchange service in person at our offices or warehouse.
Whilst we aim to ensure that our products meet the required standards if your item is faulty please contact Magnetix Therapy at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01270 443 747.
Please do not return faulty items until you have contacted Magnetix Therapy and we have given you a returns number. We cannot accept faulty items after 30 days from the original purchase date.
