We accept returns/exchanges within the following guidelines.

The item(s) must be returned in a brand new saleable condition i.e. original product tags and in full retail packaging and sent back to us within 14 days of the original purchase date.  If the returned item(s) are soiled or have been used we will not offer a refund/exchange. All animal hair must be removed before returning the item(s) otherwise we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for returning the item including postage and packaging costs and we strongly advise you use a tracked service as we cannot offer a refund if the item has not been received by Equine Magnetix.

Unfortunately we’re not able to offer an exchange service in person at our offices or warehouse.

Faulty Items

Whilst we aim to ensure that our products meet the required standards if your item is faulty please contact Equine Magnetix at or call 01270 584564.

Please do not return faulty items until you have contacted Equine Magnetix and we have given you a returns number. We cannot accept faulty items after 30 days from the original purchase date.
