Q&A’s on our magnetic dog coats and collars
Magnetic Therapy works by applying magnetic fields to the body. The magnetic field is absorbed relaxing capillary walls, muscle and soft tissue. This creates the environment for improved blood flow and oxygen necessary to accelerate healing. Magnetic fields can block pain receptors and release endorphins, which is the body’s natural way of dealing with pain relief.
For dogs with arthritis a magnetic dog collar can work in two ways. Firstly, it improves blood flow and oxygen which helps to reduce stiffness. And secondly, a magnetic dog collar helps to stimulate the release of natural endorphins which gives natural pain relieve to your dog.
Yes, a magnetic dog collar can help ease the discomfort of these conditions. A full diagnosis from your vet and treatment recommendation is important. Your dog may require surgery and/or medication. Read Ella’s story. She has elbow dysplasia and had arthroscopy surgery 4 years ago. She doesn’t require any medication and her magnetic dog collar has definitely improved her mobility.
